We're based in the South East (Maidstone, Kent), and with many years of experience in the video production industry; working with numerous clients on multiple different video projects both here in the UK and internationally, our team is dedicated to providing our clients the highest quality video production service.

Meet The Team
Matthew Bolton
Director/Co-Founder
Matthew first gained his experience as a videographer working in the music industry creating music videos and live music videos for local bands and artists. As well as Co-Founder and Director of Matchbox, Matthew is our lead Director of Photography but also specialises in editing, animation and live-streaming.
Lee
Bethell
Director/Co-Founder
Lee started out as a self-shooting DP working with a variety of corporate clients producing promotional & marketing video content. Now one of the Co-Founders and Directors of Matchbox, Lee is our lead Video-Editor & Producer but also specialises in animation & camera work.
Tom Webzell
Assistant Camera Op
& junior Editor
Tom is our fantastic camera and editor assistant.
Quickly growing as an all round filmmaker Tom provides creative input and assists on many projects and continues to exceed in the field of camera work and editing. Tom has also recently taken lead on our wedding video service.

Our most reliable and trusted Freelancer (And friend of the business) Thomas Richards. A photographer by trade but also our assistant videographer who we have worked with for years. He has helped us on many projects but is also our lead photographer. Please check out his website.
